Before Installing

Before installing any Raynex asset, please make sure that:

  • Your server artifacts are up to date

  • Your resource is placed inside the correct server resources folder

  • The resource is started in your server.cfg

  • Any required dependencies are installed

  • You have followed the product-specific instructions

  • You have restarted the server after installation

A basic example:

ensure raynex_resource_name

Replace raynex_resource_name with the actual resource folder name from your purchased asset.

Updates

Raynex may release updates for assets when improvements, fixes, or compatibility changes are needed.

When updating an asset:

  1. Stop your server.

  2. Back up your current resource files.

  3. Replace the old files with the updated version.

  4. Check the product documentation for any new configuration changes.

  5. Start the server and test the asset.

If an update requires additional steps, they will be listed in the product-specific instructions or announced through our Discord.

Raynex provides post-purchase support for customers through our Discord support system.

Support may include:
